Your Talent
Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design; or its equivalent proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and File maker Pro.
Professional: Functional - Functional: Proven Retail/Trade marketing experience for an international multi categories’ brand; previous budget management responsibilities. Industry - Sports or Fashion Industry
IT Skills: Familiar with print design; Good proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Ppt, Excel
Language Skills: English is essential
Your Mission
Manage visual merchandising execution, strategy, and training to create an engaging and premium in-store experience. Working closely with the retail operations team, to drive impactful visual merchandising initiatives that align with PUMA’s brand identity.
Task 1: Lead window launches, seasonal floor sets, promotional displays, and visual changeovers across all PUMA stores. Coordinate with the retail operations team and store teams to ensure timely and effective VM installations.
Task 2: Oversee VM execution for new store openings, trade shows, and campaign launches. Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistency and excellence in visual merchandising.
Task 3: Track and control VM budgets and expenses, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with local sales and store teams to enhance VM strategies based on store capacity and seasonal brand initiatives.
Task 4: Align with multiple departments on seasonal store campaigns, trade shows, and other projects. Provide training and guidance to Visual Merchandising Specialists (VMS) and store teams to maintain best-in-class standards.
