Your Talent
Understanding of various emerging technologies, such as AI, Virtual and Mixed Reality, Gaming, metaverses, etc. and how these innovative technologies can be used in brand marketing
Strong project management skills
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Cultural understanding of sports, fashion, and digital spaces
Experience managing agency relationships
Must be a self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; organized, detail-oriented, collaborative and flexible
Ability to prioritize multiple projects while simultaneously handling demands and changes
Your Mission
Oversee the day to day of PUMA’s Emerging Marketing Tech team’s current activations to ensure all projects are running smoothly according to timeline, budget and KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within PUMA – including but not limited to: business units, legal, finance, creative, marketing, ecomm and product
Liaison between PUMA’s external agencies and the relevant stakeholders within PUMA
Lead any new Emerging Marketing Tech projects as assigned by the team’s Director
Manage the Emerging Marketing Tech team’s finances – updating the internal budget tracker, coordinating invoices, registering vendors and creating purchase orders
Create proposal and recap decks to keep the broader PUMA organization informed of all Emerging Marketing Tech initiatives
Coordinate calendars and arrange meetings with both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining comprehensive and accurate reporting/project status documents to be shared with relevant parties when needed
Help develop future team strategy and best practices based on expertise and current project learnings
