Your Talent
Associate or Bachelor’s degree required
5-7 years’ experience in building/site operations
Basic knowledge of all trades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire/Life Safety etc.)
Strong knowledge of building management systems
Experience in roles closely working with Company logistics or shipping/receiving preferred
OSHA Certified recommended – will be required to complete within first year
Familiarity with health/safety regulations and experience leading health, safety and security programs
Demonstrated knowledge of shipping programs such as Fed Ex Manager and related shipping/receiving processes, including international shipments
The hiring range base pay for the position is $82,000 - $116,645 + Bonus + Benefits (Benefit Summary Corporate).
Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Your Mission
The Senior Central Services Manager plays a critical role in the overall management of our new LA Studio office. The Senior Manager will manage both hard and soft services by overseeing daily operational tasks. Reporting directly to the Director Central Services, this role will oversee the entirety of site support including mailroom operations, maintenance programs and be relied upon to support consistent execution of day-to-day tasks ensuring operational excellence throughout the office. The Senior Central Services Manager will also serve as the Safety Leader and Occupational Health & Safety Warden for the site.
Ensure the building is in clean, safe, and in working order each day and all areas of the building are fully functional to support PUMA business for our employees and guests
Act as the lead to ensure health and safety, security and emergency protocols are in place and activated as needed
Manage and run the mailroom including investigate, resolve, and/or escalate any courier, delivery, and/or customs clearance delays
Oversee the Facilities ticketing system and execute work on tickets
Diagnose maintenance issues to resolve or bring in appropriate vendor
Manage access card system including but not limited to creating/distributing access cards, running occupancy reports and keeping the system up to date
Liaise with Building Management
Supervise and evaluate Day Porter and daily cleaning services needs are being met and make recommendations for improvements; oversee repair services, and equipment installation/delivery
Process all Central Services related invoicing including creating and managing PO’s
Manage and handle all vendor contracts, including vendors for various maintenance items, activities, and tasks
Assist in development of facilities budget; own management of budget throughout fiscal year
