Your Talent
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration or another relevant field. MBA preferred
- 4-7 years of experience in eCommerce, Category Management, Digital Merchandising or Analytics and BI
- Experience with eCommerce tools and platforms such as SFCC, Google Analytics, PowerBI or Site Merchandising tools
- Commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to effectively prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills – excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential; knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is beneficial
- Knowledge of the sports and fashion industry is a plus
- Willingness to take own initiatives and work independently on assigned tasks with little guidance as well as accept direction on given assignments
- Excellent communication skills in English, fluency in German or another European language is beneficial
Your Mission
- Be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of your own PUMA Categories within the eCommerce direct-to-consumer business in Europe
- Become an expert of your Category P&Ls and ensure monthly & yearly targets are met, maturing a full end-to-end understanding of internal and external inputs that can affect your P&L
- Create and execute a strategy to improve your main KPIs including Sales, Profitability, Product Conversion and Sell Through Rate
- Closely cooperate with peers and Teamheads to incorporate strategic directions into operational activities and standard processes
- Critically review existing structures and ways of working and suggest measures to improve efficiency proactively
- Propose, own and deliver complex multi-stakeholders projects in areas including but not limited to pricing, merchandising, revenue optimization, content management and planning
- End-to-end manage product launches, key drops, and campaigns on PUMA.com and Marketplaces
- Closely cooperate within your “Category Squad” consisting of Merchandising, Consumer Experience and Marketing to analyze the performance, identify opportunities and derive actions
- Partner up with Merchandising to provide product insights, requirements, and feedback for the seasonal buy. Optimize the assortment for each channel
- Utilize tools such as Excel and PowerBI to gather meaningful conclusions from complex set of data. SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Conduct analysis and mature insights on topics such as competitive landscape, industry trends and other growth opportunities.
- Derive actionable insights from reports, data analysis or A/B tests to increase sales and profitability
- Be a strong representative of PUMA’s values and step in a Teamhead when needed
