Your Talent
- 5+ years marketing experience and a proven track record delivering fully integrated marketing campaigns, including retail and digital marketing
- Experience in activating marketing campaigns
- Passion for sports
- Consumer obsessed, creative and culturally considered
- Excellent relationship management skills and proven track record of account management
- Excellent planning and organisation, a multi-tasker with an ability to prioritise
- Pro-active, ability to show initiative / ideas
- Commercially minded
- In-depth knowledge of the sportswear/ streetwear/ fashion retail landscapes, trends and influences
- Able to work independently, but also collaboratively on projects with multiple stakeholders
- Personable and a strong networker; excellent at building and maintaining relationships
- Excellent communication skills; articulate, efficient and concise. Strong verbal and written communication
- Well-developed problem-solving skills, able to use initiative in ambiguous and pressured situations
- Knowledge and experience of social media and digital channels
- Comprehensive understanding of how to drive brand desirability with target consumers
- Project & budget management including navigating multiple stakeholders

Your Mission
Responsible for defining and delivering the UK’s strategic Running and Training marketing, with a focus on supporting our Key Wholesale Accounts as well as elevating our brand desirability and products. The role is responsible for aligning trade marketing, brand marketing and sports/influencer marketing to deliver stand-out, digital-first seasonal marketing campaigns.
We’re looking for a passionate, proactive, creative thinker who will bring our Running and Training products to market in innovative and eye catching ways, with a digital first approach. You’ll bring a blend of strong relationship management and commercial acumen, always considering how go-to-market plans will drive sales as well as brand heat.
We’re looking for a skillset that includes: retail marketing, digital & social marketing, brand marketing (PR, events, paid media, influencer marketing) and athlete activation.
What you’ll do:
- Work across multiple marketing functions to plan and execute Running & Training marketing campaigns in the UK & Ireland
- Identify and create opportunities to drive brand heat through brand and product storytelling - using 360 marcomms tactics including but not limited to: digital marketing, events, paid media, social media, PR, influencer marketing & seeding programmes
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure a fully integrated sales and marketing go-to-market approach for key retail partners (e.g. ASOS, Elverys, LSS and specialist retailers etc), supporting strategic sell-in and account growth plans.
- Create and deliver marketing plans for key retail partners, including instore and digital tactics, targeting strong product sell-out.
- Integrate key athletes / personalities into campaign planning and execution, to leverage talent and their following
- Develop excellent relationships with internal functions including merchandising, sales and international colleagues to facilitate delivery of compelling campaigns
- Manage the planning and delivery of key partnerships (e.g. Hyrox) to leverage new audiences and elevate our brand visibility and perception
- Manage external agencies to support with campaign execution including Comms, Media, Production, Events & Influencer and Visual Merchandising agencies
- Manage Performance Marketing Coordinator and work closely with TeamSport Marketing Manager to align their responsibilities
- Set measurements, evaluation and analysis of all marketing activity, identifying key learnings and best practice for future planning
