Your Talent
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional: 2+ years leadership experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear) with results driven track record
IT Skill: Strong computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Power Point
Language Skill: English (Business Level); Local Language (Business Level)
Your Mission
Task 1: Sales and Profitability Management
- Ensure the store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective planning, expense control, and sales strategies.
- Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to drive business decisions and provide feedback to Area/District Manager.
Task 2: Customer Experience and Service Standards
- Guarantee high standards of customer experience in line with PUMA’s Cornerstones and service standards.
- Manage and execute marketing opportunities and events within budget, ensuring customer engagement and satisfaction.
Task 3: Team Management and Development
- Responsible for recruitment, training, development, and succession of high-performing associates.
- Ensure the implementation of training programs (both Domestic and Global) to drive performance and results.
Task 4: Loss Prevention and Inventory Management
- Oversee Loss Prevention education, compliance, and inventory control to achieve inventory and shrink goals.
- Manage the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise and ensure physical inventory counts are conducted accurately.
Task 5: Store Operations and Visual Merchandising
- Ensure the store’s visual presentation and physical condition meet PUMA standards.
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment for associates while adhering to all operational core competencies and procedures.
