Your Talent
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (fashion retail is an advantage).
- Proficient user of Excel, Photoshop Illustrator, Google My Business
- English - Intermediate level (part of the interview will be conducted in English).
- Expertise: planning marketing calendars of activities, launching advertising campaigns in the retail network, coordination of promotions and services, SMM, experience in opening new stores, budgeting, coordination of visual merchandising.
- Analytical thinking, planning, organization and coordination, systematic approach to work, team training and development, understanding of fashion and sports trends, creativity, determination, energy, teamwork.
- Willingness to travel on business trips.
- Love for sports and active lifestyle!
Your Mission
Planning and coordination:
- Planning marketing activity calendars in accordance with RESEC, OSEC, Select calendars.
- Control over the timing of campaign launches, adjusting calendars.
- Preparation of seasonal plans for marketing projects and activations.
Launch of advertising campaigns in the retail network:
- Organization and control of the launch of advertising campaigns in FPS/FOC/SELECT stores.
- Control of ordering and layout of advertising materials.
- Adaptation of brand guides to local needs.
- Control of the work of visual merchandisers (VM).
- Control over the organization and holding of tenders for the production and installation of advertising.
Advertising campaigns and services:
- Launch, technical setup and support of promotions in stores.
- Informing store employees about promotions.
- Analyzing the results of advertising activities.
- Coordination of services in stores: audio/video content, aroma marketing.
Opening of new stores:
- Coordination of store layout planning and zoning.
- Ordering equipment for the opening.
- Preparation of the “Opening-box”, organization of navigation, launch of promotions.
- Setting up audio/video content services, aroma marketing in the store before the opening.
- Searching for a place for advertising, making banners and signs, preparing permits.
- Control of the overall preparation for the store opening.
SMM and work with shopping centers:
- Maintaining information about the stores in Google My Business and on the shopping center's websites.
- Informing shopping malls about promotions, interaction with marketing departments of shopping malls.
- Search for commercial locations and design of navigation in the shopping center.
- Participation in local events of the shopping center (sales night, special events, etc.).
- Preparation of content for posting on the mall's social networks.
Document management and budgeting:
- Control of document flow for all advertising campaigns and services.
- Maintaining documentation on the lease of advertising space, renewal of contracts.
- Preparation of contract templates, approval of payments, recording of expenses.
- Budget planning and control of marketing expenses during the season.
Team development and standards:
- Organizing workshops, training employees, participating in Puma College.
- Working with the VM team, developing Best Practices (presentations of launches, openings, instructions).
- Continuous improvement of the marketing department's internal processes.
