Your Talent
- Minimum 3-5 years of international apparel experience in a similar position with a top tier international sports company or vertical apparel brands
- Readiness to travel within Europe
- Very good knowledge and passion for sportswear, streetwear, sports-fashion and consumer trends
- Very strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with complex processes at the same time
- Team player mentality, high flexibility and open mindedness
- Very strong analytical skills, overall business orientation
- Very good verbal and written language skills in English
- Deep knowledge of MS Office environment (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Initiative, energy, passion, eye for details, confident and looking for daily challenges in an international environment
- Preferably Bachelor/Master Degree in Fashion Management, Business Administration or Marketing
- This opportunity will be available in full time or part time.
Your Mission
- Driving the creation of regional Sportstyle & Run/Train Apparel products (SMU) on fast GTM-calendars for leading Key Accounts in Europe & our PUMA DTC channels
- Ensuring that final products are target consumer and trend relevant, competitive in the market and offer a unique selling proposition
- Ensuring that final products are in alignment with the Brand, Business Unit & Sustainability strategy
- Analyzing frequently key countries & Key Accounts in Europe to conduct consumer, market and competitor studies on an European level as well as cooperating with suppliers on new product trends
- Cooperating with Merchandising & Sales, Key Accounts, Design and Development (PUMA Group Sourcing) to ensure that the final products are reflecting market needs
- Working closely with Global Sportstyle PLM Teams as well as footwear and accessories teams for Top-to-Toe product alignment
- Presenting product strategy and product lines to European partners and Key Accounts
- Managing the final Free on Board-prices considering given target margins
- Turning forecast & sales analyses into product & business decisions
- Ensuring that Product Data Systems are maintained correctly and on time.
