Your Talent
Bachelor / Master Degree required (Fashion Management, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred)
2-4 years of international apparel experience in a similar position
Knowledge and passion for athletic consumer trends, sportswear and market dynamics and the international retail environment
Strong understanding of technical apparel product knowledge
High level of accuracy, organization and attention to detail, with an expertise in numbers and data analytics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and cross-functionally in a global organization
Entrepreneurial spirit and energy, with ability to think out of the box
Persuasive presentation skills and an ability to build consensus for ideas
Deep knowledge of MS Office environment (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Team player mentality, flexibility, and open mindedness
Readiness to travel within US and Europe – 20%
Your Mission
Manage the product creation of regional Sportstyle Apparel products, specifically drafted to the needs of North America region, with a focus on Value Channel key account wholesale partners
Ensure that products are consumer focused, competitive & locally relevant for North America through local market expertise, account & consumer insights
Manage the product creation process & calendar from brief to final product sign off on specific GTM timelines in collaboration with Design & Development, Merchandising & Sales.
Build and share expertise about North America markets & business developments, Key Accounts & consumers in constant exchange with Global Product Teams
Manage Product KPIs, including the final Free on Board-prices considering given target margins, competitive suggested Retail Price, style efficiency, as well as sustainability targets.
Turning forecast & sales analyses into product & business decisions
Presenting product strategy and product lines to international partners and Key Accounts
Ensuring that Product Data Systems are maintained correctly and on time.
Order, distribute, and organize samples
Perform other duties or projects as required/assigned by manager
