Your Talent
- Bachelor's Degree or above, with environmental related experience.
- 1 to 2 years' experience in the garment/textile/footwear industry with environmental sustainability strategy.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Solid knowledge/ experience on the topic of resource efficiency (energy, water, waste, etc.) and local regulations
- Good management skill, data analysis. Excellent command of Microsoft 360 (focus on Excel) with preference for competency on Power BI.
- Leadership: good leadership skills, team spirit and ability to work individually
- Patient, goal-oriented & detail-oriented personality, cross-cultural sensitivity and ownership
- General sustainability technical knowledge and skill
Your Mission
- Support Regional Managers and track progress and follow up Higg FEM 3.0 implementation globally (except China and Cambodia), with both self-assessment and verification to meet PUMA requirement on certain deadline and target level
- Support Regional Manager to roll out the annual campaign by using the in-house tool to collect supply chain environmental KPIs and training data. This task includes track progress and following up with suppliers
- Support Regional Manager to gather necessary supporting documents from suppliers for Annual Report preparation
- Coordinate with relevant internal or external colleagues to set up meetings, such as annual supplier scorecard review meetings
- Plan and coordinate to organize supplier networking sessions such as quarterly SBT networking sessions
- Support Director and Teamhead to organize internal coordination and team meetings for Environmental team and coordinate with Social and China team
- Tracking of Vegan certification of suppliers and maintain centralized trackers. Support in issuing sustainable production certification as demanded by the subsidiaries
- Be a contact point from Environmental Sustainability team in Vietnam for development and production teams regarding environmental and sustainability issues
