Your Talent

  • You have at least 1-2 years of experience in Teamsales and field sales, with a proven track record in customer management.
  • You have a good knowledge of Teamsport/Teamsales and the sporting goods industry, along with a solid understanding of the needs of consumers and clubs in this area.
  • University degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • You possess excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, and are fluent in both written and spoken English and Finnish.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast and analyze data.
  • You are results-driven with strong interpersonal skills, able to build long-term relationships.
  • You are flexible and able to work inconvenient hours, including some weekends and late evenings.

Your Mission

PUMA is looking for a motivated and results-driven Manager Teamsales to join our team in Finland. In this role, you will manage the Teamsales field at a country level and oversee Re-Orders business, product trainings, and clinics across BUs. Your primary responsibility will be to establish strong relationships with key accounts and team clubs, ensuring their business needs are met while driving growth and increasing brand visibility. You will also ensure that budgets, planning, and distribution align with global, regional, and area-specific KPIs and guidelines.

What you will do:

  • Build strong relationships with accounts and clubs, understanding their business needs and driving growth and brand visibility.
  • Manage the Re-Order business for in-season sales with given customers across BUs.
  • Collaborate with Head of Sales Teamsport Nordic and Manager Teamsales Finland to develop business plans with teams and strategic accounts, aiming to grow the Teamsales business annually.
  • Conduct product trainings for performance categories such as Football, Indoor, and Running.
  • Ensure alignment with Nordic and country-specific guidelines for budgets, planning, and distribution.
  • Contribute to the increase in sales with existing clubs and update the strategic plan yearly.
  • Assist with sales agreements processing and forecasting, while analyzing data to drive informed decisions.
  • Align with cross-functional teams, including Merchandise and Sports Marketing, to optimize Teamsales initiatives.
  • Support and drive brand visibility in Teamsales, aligned with both national and Nordic strategies.
