Your Talent

- At least 2 years of experience as a Teamsport Manager or experience working with football clubs.
- English - Upper-Intermediate + (part of the interview will be in English).
- Confident user of MS Office (Excel), experience with 1C, SAP is desirable.
- Ability to negotiate and reach agreements effectively, strategic thinking skills, ability to analyze data and make decisions, result orientation, ability to adapt to changes, effective planning skills, ability to take responsibility, leadership and teamwork.

Your Mission

Manager Sales Teamsport & Field Accounts is responsible to fulfill standards and KPIs execution in alignment with Sales strategy.

1. Strategic Planning

·       Develop and implement sales strategies for sports products to achieve set goals.

·       Analyze the market, competitors, and trends to identify growth opportunities.

·       Identify and develop new business opportunities within the football sector.

·       Create and implement strategies to expand the company’s presence in the football market.

·       Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to stay competitive.

2. Customer Relationship Management

·       Maintain existing client relationships and attract new ones.

·       Conduct negotiations, close deals, and ensure high levels of customer service.

·       Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

 3. Sales Analysis

·       Monitor and analyze sales performance.

·       Prepare reports on sales results and propose improvements.

·       Set and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

·       Execution of pre-orders and post-orders as well as preparation of all other offers of the PUMA collections according to predefined rhythms in the defined clientele, in individual and group templates

 4. Marketing and Promotion

·       Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement advertising campaigns.

·       Organize and participate in sports events, exhibitions, and presentations.

·       Utilize digital channels to promote products.

 5. Logistics and Inventory Management

·       Coordinate supplies and ensure product availability in warehouses.

·       Manage inventory and optimize logistics processes.

·       Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.

 6. Financial Management

·       Plan and control the sales department budget.

·       Optimize costs and increase profitability.

·       Maintain financial documentation and reporting.

 7. Collaboration with Football Clubs

·       Establish and maintain partnerships with football clubs.

·       Negotiate sponsorship deals, equipment supplies, and other collaboration opportunities.
