Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in CRM
  • Good command of computer skills (e.g.: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, Spanish Reading

Your Mission

  • Data Analysis and Strategy Formulation: Member Data Monitoring: Monitor and manage data quality. Member - indicator Measurement and Goal Breakdown: Conduct monthly and annual reviews of CRM data and produce relevant reports. Data Analysis and Fine - grained Operations: Analyze operational data, product - customer data, member profiles, etc., gain insights into member behaviors, operate member - stratification, formulate targeted operation plans for different - level members, and promptly review and form optimization - iteration plans.
  • Member - Lifecycle Operations: Member - label Sorting and Management: Combine different labels to develop the RFM model for member operations. Be familiar with at least one common membership - operation tool in the market (such as Shuyun, EZR, Nanxun, etc.). Member - operation Plans: Based on data insights, provide planning schemes regarding member - point systems, member rights and interests, and member - activity planning.
  • Member - Lifecycle Management and System MA Automatic Deployment: Build a population - operation model through comprehensive business thinking to improve the conversion rate of *** - time purchases and the repeat - purchase rate.
  • Structural Thinking about the CRM System: Be able to reflect operation ideas and methodologies into system - product requirements, connect with CRM service providers to propose requirements for iterative optimization of the CRM system and the realization of system functions, and empower operations.
  • Member - content Operations: Have a comprehensive understanding of content operations, present different contents to different consumers to meet their needs, and promote new - member acquisition and consumer stickiness.
