Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, or a related field.

  • 5-8 years of trade/retail marketing experience in a multi-category brand (Sport, Fashion, or Lifestyle).

  • Proven experience in project management, budget management, stakeholder engagement, and people leadership.

  • Strong skills in marketing calendar development, execution, and management.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset.

  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (expert level) and Photoshop (intermediate level).

Your Mission

As Manager Marketing Performance, you will lead and execute PUMA’s marketing strategy for Teamsport and Running in Oceania. Your focus will be on driving brand awareness, engagement, and commercial success through integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, media, PR, and experiential channels.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with business objectives while leveraging insights to optimise performance.

YOUR ROLE

  • Develop and implement the marketing strategy for Teamsport and Running in Oceania.

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across digital, social media, media, PR, and retail.

  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights and KPIs.

  • Drive brand positioning and ensure messaging consistency across all platforms.

  • Manage full-year marketing plans for Key Account partners (Rebel), PUMA Retail, and eCommerce.

  • Lead end-to-end campaign management, from planning to execution and post-analysis.

  • Oversee stakeholder management, working with agencies, wholesale partners, sales, merchandise, and eCommerce teams.

  • Own the GTM process for Performance Marketing, ensuring alignment across key accounts and retail.

  • Manage budgeting, invoicing, social media content alignment, and product seeding for campaigns.
