Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or Economic

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales and Customer Service.

  • Experience working for Retail Business / Sporting Goods / Fashion / Electronic.

  • Excel (Vlookup, Pivot, if Power Query)

  • Outlook

  • SAP / Power BI

  • English: Moderate (Business level)

Your Mission

Support retail customer and Puma Commercial team (Sales / Marketing / Retail / Visual and Merchandising) to achieve financial goal and mid / long term business growth by providing competitor movement / analyze historical sell out and Monitor consumer / shopper / Customer trend with suggested action plan for retail customer / Puma team.

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.

  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

  • Analysed Historical sell out data, and inventory Structure. - Understand product Flow in each season.

  • Provide forecast sales and Stock movement with proper action plan if needed.

  • Manage launching new product/ Inventory and shipment process.

  • Monitor campaign / product launch and shipment to ensure all pre-order have been pick on time.

  • Work closely with operation / merchandising for product delivery process status.
