Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies Required:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in planning (financial, demand, supply, or merchandising) within a mid-sized organization.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI is required; experience with additional tools or programming (e.g., SQL, macros) is a plus.
- Presentation Skills: Proven ability to convey ideas effectively in a structured and professional manner, including creating clear and compelling documentation.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage experience and knowledge to develop creative and effective solutions.
- Mindset: Strong team player with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
- Collaboration & Influence: Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, capable of driving projects forward across functions and organizational levels.

Your Mission
Key Objectives:
- Go to Market Manager will be a dedicated person responsible for managing the go-to-market strategy and process of product launch in different channels.
- He works with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth launch operations. Steer cross-functional teams across Planning, Sourcing, Sales,, product, marketing, legal, WH operations, and finance.
- Evaluate ideas, motivate teams to meet deadlines, and ensure all-around alignment in the go-to-market process.
- Own, coordinate, and drive the Seasonal Planning process, including managing KPI targets, creating comprehensive reports, and overseeing detailed Merchandising Planning in collaboration with Merchandising and Business Units.
- Conduct advanced data analyses to extract actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making and driving business growth.
- Leverage data-driven decision-making by utilizing the most accurate and relevant information available, with a focus on customer sell-through data.
- Drive the development and refinement of process by implementing best practices across business units and product divisions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Lead the accurate submission of forecasts from all entities, validate results with BU/Channel, and identify optimization opportunities. Communicate findings and provide detailed reports to Senior Management.
- Stay up to date with business performance across all product categories to support critical business decisions.
- Propose and implement improvements to the Product Forecasting process, focusing on enhancing accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with integrated planning approaches across functions.
