Your Talent
- Bachelor of Law.
- Admitted to the PRC Bar with PQE 5 to 10 years.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in both law firm and international company would be preferred
- Good command of computer skills (e.g.: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
Your Mission
- This position is dedicated to providing overall legal support as a business partner to several business departments in respect of all corporate legal matters (excluding IP registration and brand protection matters), with the focus of Merchandising, Marketing and Product related legal support.
- The roles and responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
LEGAL DOCUMENT REVIEW: Draft, review and negotiate various contractual and corporate documents, including daily contracts and project based legal documents.
ADVICE and SUPPORT: Provide legal advice to the dedicated business departments and support business project and new initiatives, facilitate the achievement of business goals while mitigate legal risks.
TRAINING : Conduct tailor-made inhouse training for the business departments this position supports.
DISPUTE MANAGEMENT : Daily dispute and government inspection management, handle litigations and arbitrations with the assistance of external law firms.
LEGAL KNOWLEDGE & RESEARCH: Conduct relevant legal research and monitor changes in relevant legislations and the regulatory environment, actively contribute asserts to the internal legal knowledge management such as templates, guidelines and polices.
ASSISTANCE: Assist department head with other tasks undertaken by legal department.
