Your Talent
- Relevant education and/or experience in Brand marketing, Digital Marketing and e-Commerce.
- +1-2 years working experience in similar role or as
- Experience in working with CMS tools like SFCC and/or Sanity is a plus
- Understand Digital and E-Commerce ecosystems and experiences. Understand Go to market, Brand and Commercial objectives and needs.
- Project management skills including running small programs with cross functional teams is a plus
- Strong self organisation and self management skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong networking, relationships and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast pace environment, high level of self organisations/ self management
- High attention to details, hands-on problem-solving mentality, mapping blueprints.
- Fluency and work proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus
Your Mission
The person will be responsible for coordinating and executing European Digital Brand Activation campaigns across lifestyle (e.g., Select, Prime, FTW Franchises, Motorsport) and/or performance categories (Teamsport/Football, Running and Training). Primary focus will be own e-com with connection with 360 marketing plans, including in part/fully e-whls partners.
- The person is a real DOER, obsessed with quality and details of execution. A key player in the PUMA digital revolution, FASTER DIGITAL.
- Work on Planning – Aligning – Managing & Executing/Go-Live of brand first campaigns and projects with broader EU Digital Marketing and EU Category marketing teams.
- Support the set up and execution of brand priorities campaign and launches across all eCommerce and PUMA App touchpoints. Connects with e-whls last click initiative.
- Assist and manage planning and setup of creative content to support key product launches and brand initiatives in accordance with the eCommerce content strategy for Europe
- Co-driving digital content plans (including gap identification for ecom) and executions for specific business units
- Manage content checks to ensure the necessary eCommerce content is available at the right time, in the right language and with the best consumer journey
- Work and partner with category marketing, digital marketing, creative services, trading, buying and planning teams and get input on brand & commercial opportunities, key franchises and product launch performance
- Support relevancy by localizing content and activity in our top European countries
- Analyze campaign and content performance, share results and actions to improve brand and commercial KPIs
- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services by external content providers and agencies, consultants and partners
- Support brand driven eCommerce projects that improve user experience and commerciality across eu.puma.com and e-whls on key launches – LAST CLICK focus.
- Project manage and coordinate category specific .com plans with cross functional teams independently or in assistance of leads.
