Enrolled student in relevant studies such as Marketing, International Business, Sports Management, Business administration
Interest in and passion for Project Management and the Teamsport are in general (Handball & Football)
Excellent English skills (verbally and written)
Very good MS-Office skills
Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.) is a plus
Strong communicator, independent and well-organized working style
Highly committed and flexible team player, creative and detail-oriented
Starting date: February 01, 2025; Duration: 6 months
Your Mission
Assist the Project Management Team in the day-to-day management of global BU campaign creative plans, including timelines, workflows, resource management, and communication for Business Teamsport (Football).
Support the primary contact with the Business Unit, PUMA Creative Services team, external agency partners, and key internal/external project stakeholders.
Assist in providing regular updates to Creative Project Management leadership to ensure projects are on track.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of key planning documents, meetings, deliverable documents and presentations.
Assist in managing the creative project workflows of assigned projects including project reporting.
Coordinate the creative KPI feedback loop for all major campaigns with global and regional counterparts.
Quality control of Marketing Campaign Guidelines for final global distribution to markets.
Support the production team with product & sample preparations for photo and video shoots
