Your Talent
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent studied.
IT Skills: Strong computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Power Point.
Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good English written/verbal skills required (PUMA Group language is English)
Your Mission
As an Intern, Finance you will validate and post invoices, prepare and record payments, reconcile statements of account (SOA) for vendor and intercompany transactions, review Zoho expense reports, and handle payments. Additionally, you'll assist with scheduling accounts, adjusting accruals, and clearing open items in account schedules.
Vendor & Intercompany
Task 1: Validate invoices against internal controls, post invoices, prepare and record payments, and reconcile statements of account (SOA).
Zoho Staff Claim
Task 2: Validate Zoho expense reports against internal controls, post expenses, prepare payments, and record completed payments.
General Accounting
Task 3: Schedule accounts, adjust for over- and under-accruals, and clear open items in the account schedule.
