Your Talent

Education: Certified Public Accountant/Chartered Accountant

Professional: 8-10 years of experience in managing P&L, planning and forecast. Preferably candidates with BIG 4 experience. Industry: Retail / FMCG

IT Skills: SAP, Hyperion, Excellent MS-office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Language Skills: English

Your Mission

This is a regional role responsible for coordinating with finance heads across various countries. The primary responsibilities include:

Task 1: Consolidating month-end figures, conducting analytical reviews, and providing commentary at the SEA level.

Task 2: Engaging with country finance heads to understand major deviations and effectively communicate explanations to the global team.

Task 3: Monitoring KPIs against the budget, highlighting significant variances in a timely manner, and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked for each country.

Task 4: Establishing a strong controllership framework.

Task 5: Developing budget and forecast templates, consolidating budget data, and preparing presentations for management.

Task 6: Gaining expertise in Hyperion, HFM, or other reporting systems to support country teams as needed.

Task 7: Standardizing reporting structures by proposing uniform commentary, templates, and shared business information.

Task 8: Leading ongoing finance-related projects.

Task 9: Identifying areas for improvement in reporting processes and driving initiatives to address gaps.
