Your Talent

  • University Degree
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Good communication with ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management
  • A good team player when part of a project
  • Self-motivated and assertive individual with good problem solving skills
  • Mature with good listening skills and also with the ability to influence others
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • An analytical thinker, self-motivated and assertive individual with good problem solving skills
  • Mature, detail oriented, able to work independently under high pressure
  • Good at MS Office & familiar with HR systems (Workday, etc.) 

Your Mission

  • Assisting the Manager in all matters relating to C&B Operations. Ensuring that a high standard of Employee Relations is maintained that is in agreement with company guidelines. Providing support and assistance in Human Resources to Managers and maintain accurate and professional records 
  • Accurate, adequate & timely manage payroll, insurance, PIT monthly and finalization reports and benefits for staff all levels both local and expats
  • Make sure all the labor contracts, notices of personnel change and termination notices to be sent out with accurate and clear details, complying to the current regulations related to P&O
  • Update Policy and procedure, implement new processes, improve, and develop current SOPs
  • HR operation: work permit, leave record, other letters issued from P&O
  • Maintain and tracking operation of the trade union fund  
  • Ensure all compensation packages are in line with Vietnamese labour laws and are treated correctly regarding Vietnamese personal income tax law 
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information and employment history on HRIS system
  • Implement compensation and benefit structure, bonus schemes and rewards strategies
  • Various kinds of global, regional and local HR reports
  • Other ad hoc reports or projects as required
