Your Talent
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business
- Professional: Minimum 2~4 years of Retail Allocation experience, ideally 2 years in a similar position. Experience from the apparel or footwear industry would be an advantage
- IT Skills: High level of Excel Knowledge and SAP experience
- Language Skills: Preferably English written and spoken at Business level
- Functional Competencies: Problem solving, Results-oriented, Organized and structured
- Functional Skills: High level of numerical and analytical
Your Mission
[SUMMARY]
1. Accountable of managing the allocation process to deliver maximum sales, margin and profit to the PUMA Retail channels
2. Together with store manager & sales rep, responsible for maintaining proper inventory/option level to enhance our sell-thru rate and efficiency
3. To liquidate old season inventory, forecast of runout quantity by channel and allocate on the principles of ensuring right product, right quantity, right place and right time
- Task 1 (50%): Allocation for DTC Channel (O&O, Consignment, E-COM): Allocate product by each store at right product launching schedule based on store capacity & store zoning plan, Replenish sales Q’ty for each store to maximize sales and maintain proper inventory, Lead and collaborate with sales team to build the best product assortment for the new store opening and relocation/renovation, Prepare the allocation plans for upcoming seasons against actual situation and create final store plans and stock flow for allocation
- Task 2 (30%): Inventory Management _ By capacity & Rotation & Season Stock Cover by Channel: Ensure an efficient inventory flow between channels: store to store product rotation based on sell-thru and product in and out by product seasonality, Review weekly inventory level for each store to ensure maintaining proper inventory level to hit sales target, Oversee the placement of orders and track deliveries and stock flow to Warehouse
- Task 3 (20%): Review sales and Inventory status vs. actual performance: Review sales and inventory status of all Puma retail stores and provide proper data with retail sales team to make trading decisions such as MD, price changes, re-buy needs, stock transfers etc., Drive weekly reporting and analysis and present these during weekly trading meetings. Drive the discussion on actions needed based on trading
