Your Talent

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in CRM, Paid Marketing, SEO, and Affiliate channels

  • Experience leading global digital marketing strategies for a market-leading brand, ideally in the apparel or consumer goods industry

  • Expertise in driving acquisition and retention initiatives, with a focus on measurable business outcomes

  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing principles and how to integrate channels for maximum impact

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale teams, with exceptional people management skills

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation

  • Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making and performance measurement

  • Familiarity with global market nuances, including localisation, regulatory requirements, and cultural differences. 

Your Mission

  • Define and implement the global digital marketing strategy to drive growth, acquisition, and retention across key markets

  • Gain buy-in from senior and regional stakeholders to standardize processes and tools, fostering a unified approach to digital marketing

  • Oversee global CRM strategy, focusing on lifecycle marketing, personalization, and data-driven decision-making to enhance customer engagement and loyalty

  • Implement a global paid search strategy and define paid social strategies to maximize performance and efficiency across markets

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and initiatives, and communicate the value and impact of digital marketing strategies to senior stakeholders

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, while defining clear goals, KPIs, and development plans, and scaling the team as the business evolves.
