Your Talent
10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in CRM, Paid Marketing, SEO, and Affiliate channels
Experience leading global digital marketing strategies for a market-leading brand, ideally in the apparel or consumer goods industry
Expertise in driving acquisition and retention initiatives, with a focus on measurable business outcomes
Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing principles and how to integrate channels for maximum impact
Demonstrated ability to lead and scale teams, with exceptional people management skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making and performance measurement
Familiarity with global market nuances, including localisation, regulatory requirements, and cultural differences.
Your Mission
Define and implement the global digital marketing strategy to drive growth, acquisition, and retention across key markets
Gain buy-in from senior and regional stakeholders to standardize processes and tools, fostering a unified approach to digital marketing
Oversee global CRM strategy, focusing on lifecycle marketing, personalization, and data-driven decision-making to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
Implement a global paid search strategy and define paid social strategies to maximize performance and efficiency across markets
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and initiatives, and communicate the value and impact of digital marketing strategies to senior stakeholders
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, while defining clear goals, KPIs, and development plans, and scaling the team as the business evolves.
