  • A passion for golf and good technical golf product knowledge

  • PGA qualification (or equivalent) is helpful but not required
  • Knowledge of Excel formulas, v-lookups and pivot tables is essential.

Your Mission

  • To ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and comply with customer service standards and target dates.
  • Providing retail partners / sales force with support on order updates and stock availability
  • Assist retail partners in arranging repair or replacements for any warranty claims
  • Navigate internal systems and use Excel to retrieve order data and share with the wider business and retail partners where needed.
  • Building lasting relationships with key retail customers.
  • Demonstrate initiative to explore possible sales opportunities, building on relationships with retailers to help achieve the potential for their business.   
  • Liaise with retailers using your intuition and empathy for customers you will understand and anticipate their needs, handling and solving queries.
  • Regular liaison with logistics to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Maintain communication with PUMA UK Purchasing team, to always access order statuses.
  • Support the Sales Support Supervisor with key projects in service excellence.
  • A view to challenge the status quo with an ambition to improve and develop current processes
