Your Talent
- University degree in human resources management, psychology, social sciences
- Similar work experience from 1 year - experience in organizing mass recruitment, using various tools for active search and attraction of candidates
- Understanding of the specifics of retail work
- Ability to build communication in social networks
- Development of the employer's brand
- English - Intermediate (part of the interview will be conducted in English).
- Self-organization, attentiveness, ability to concentrate, prioritize and work with a large amount of information, result-oriented, strong communication skills, ability to establish and develop contact, find an approach to the candidate, ability to work in a team, empathy.
Your Mission
- Posting information about company vacancies on various resources (vacancies in PUMA's own retail)
- Screening resumes according to the vacancy profile (working with hot responses and cold candidate database)
- Conducting phone interviews with initial assessment of candidates
- Referring candidates for offline interviews, organizing the interview process
- Supporting candidates at the selection stages, providing feedback
- Interaction with the administrative staff of the stores
- Reporting, candidate database and maintaining its relevance
- Monitoring of the labor market
- Work with various channels of attracting candidates and participation in the development of the employer's brand
- Participation in other HR projects (Community Engagement)
