Your Talent
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of training & experience required
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Retail Store or Operations experience a plus
- Finance/Accounting knowledge preferred
- Must be a team player, have organizational skills with an emphasis on details
- Proficiency in Microsoft office including Excel
- Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and identify, escalate or resolve problems
Your Mission
- Responsible for all financial tasks needed for new store openings, relocations and closings
- Point of contact for vendor communications (Brinks, Fiserv, TSYS, etc)
- Provide daily store support for 100+ retail stores, including financial supplies, service issues, credit card terminal problems and miscellaneous inquiries.
- Coordinate with PUMA partners for equipment and services needed for stores
- Properly code vendor invoices and troubleshoot billing issues
- Maintain the Retail Finance email inbox as well as any incoming mail
- Handle credit card disputes
- Prepare and upload journal entries at month end
- Administrative support/projects as needed
