Your Mission
- Conducting and controlling the key processes of the organizational structure, to ensure that the financial information is in accordance with the standards of the PUMA SE.
- Conducting the monthly analysis, the annual budget, and the analysis of planned vs. budgeted analysis of operational plan and strategic projects to ensure the goals achievements.
- Operationalize financial and strategical support to senior management, including the preparation of presentations to the board, analysis of the working capital and projects requested by senior management to ensure the strategic plan.
- Control performance indicators, highlight trends and analyze unanticipated causes of variation to contribute to the identification of opportunities.
- Organizing the automation of Finance processes in the ERP system to assure global and local requirements.
- Supporting in audits (internal and external) to assure the information requested.
