Your Talent
University degree in business / marketing or similar.
1-2 years’ work experience in a similar position. Sales department, in Lifestyle Sport or FMCG industry.
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office. Good level in Excel is a must.
SAP knowledge will be a plus.
Analytical skills to understand the business and identify key drivers and opportunities.
Dynamic, energetic individual with passion for the PUMA brand.
Fluent written and spoken English
Your Mission
Allocating your departments’ product range to ensure there is enough stock to satisfy customer demand.
Allocating stock effectively across stores in order to achieve sales targets.
Key contact for stores and supervisors.
Monitoring deliveries and new product releases.
Follow up Inventory process twice a year.
Follow up old season´s selling process for outlets.
Follow up stock level regularly and provide insights about it.
Follow up invoice process and shipping notes.
Setting up and maintaining weekly delivery calendar.
Support buyers and stores to optimize stock level among stores.
Deep dive analysis support.
Support Ecommerce team.
Working closely with operational and logistic team to ensure an effective delivery process.
Effective communication across all areas of the business.
