Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies Required:
- Graduate from reputed institute
- Experience of 1-2 years in Retail Planning/Trading
- Excellent writing, presentation, communication and organization skills
- Experience with Excel is must
- Analytical and Numerical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work based on business importance
- Willingness to learn new technology/tools as required by business
Your Mission
Key Objectives:
- In-season Trading & Analysis - responsible for ensuring availability of right stock at right place at right time thereby enabling sales achievement
- Collaborate with VM & Retail Operations to ensure seasonal rollout is aligned and implemented
- To ensure incoming new season stock to be launched is sent to respective doors in a timely manner as per plan
- To execute accurate replenishment and to ensure stock holding is healthy at a SKU level to avoid lost sales opportunity
- To manage RTV to warehouse & stock consolidation in between stores to reduce slow moving merchandise and improve the store assortment
- To work closely with buying team and ensure buys are placed at right pockets as per requirement forecasted/strategic inputs
- Responsible for Pricing and Promotion setup, ensuring delivery of planned Net sale, markdown %, GP% and MGP
- Drive weekly, monthly reporting and analysis and present the same in sales review. Drive actions to achieve targets.
- Constantly aim to improve efficiency of replenishment, allocation and prune the tool inputs to achieve the ideal SKU level inventory state
