Your Talent
Bachelor’s degree in any related disciplines
3 – 5 years of experience in programming, software development and automation
Proficiency in programming languages and tools, including Python, SQL, JavaScript, Microsoft Power Automate, VBA, UiPath, and Power BI
Extensive hands-on experience in software development and writing unit tests
Extensive experience in mapping processes, developing workflow diagrams, and process optimization
Experience in a similar role in sporting goods / fashion / supply chain / logistics is a plus
Proven ability to manage and execute multiple projects and development tasks effectively
Fluent in English
Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Team-player with a joyful approach to work and a passion for Sports
Sometimes travel to Hong Kong office for business / team meetings
Your Mission
Develop, implement, and maintain automation workflows and systems using Python and Microsoft Power Automate
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing automation workflows and systems
Develop and implement unit tests to ensure the quality of automation workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline business processes
Document automation workflows and maintain records of system changes
Experience in stakeholder management and good communication skills to align expectations and priorities
Self starter, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and projects
