Your Talent
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing , online advertising or new media, social operations, media in China-in-depth understanding of sport style inspired media in China related background is preferred.
- Good command of computer skills (e.g.: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
Your Mission
- Social Media Strategy and Content Management: Lead brand campaigns across WeChat, RED, DOUYIN, and other key media channels, ensuring optimal performance and ROI. Support the creation and execution of digital campaigns in line with the marketing calendar, continuously monitoring progress and analyzing impact.
- Paid Social Media Project Management: Strategically deploy influencer-driven campaigns across various projects to build brand equity and enhance market presence. Implement high-impact influencer promotions for major e-commerce events, prioritizing ROI and driving measurable sales outcomes.
- Advertising and Campaign Management: Guide agency partners in the creation of monthly social media calendars and weekly content strategies, ensuring timely and strategic content execution. Maximize KOL partnerships to amplify social influence and engagement. Oversee and assess the performance of paid social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and audience engagement metrics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with local online and media buying agencies to boost campaign reach and optimize audience engagement.
- Foster relationships with media contacts to secure high-value editorial coverage, enhancing brand visibility. Share actionable insights on the latest digital trends, tools, and platforms to drive innovation and cross-functional alignment. Collaborate closely with Branding, Merchandising, Retail, and E-commerce teams to integrate digital insights and reinforce a unified brand message across all channels.
