Your Talent
- Bachelor degree in marketing/ Statistics / Business preferred with good business acumen
- 5 years+ solid marketing/ Ecom retail experience, with proven organization and execution experience with internal/external parties preferred. Marketplace or Client experience would be a plus
- Experience using a Content Management System (CMS) is a plus.
- Good at MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint), Google Analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese & English
- A strong eye for detail, with a creative mindset. A methodical approach to planning and execution of tasks
- An appreciation for data-driven decision making, and an ability to source and analyze data. At ease with numbers and metrics
- Problem-solving abilities & self-starter
Your Mission
- Be an integral part of the e-Commerce team, which is responsible for PUMA.com and marketplace direct-to-consumer business in Vietnam. Assistant Manager, Ecom Content will maintain eCommerce product data as well as on-site creative content and site merchandising. Primary responsibilities will include management of product master data, categorization, search and navigation taxonomy, user filters and landing pages/collections for PUMA.com. The right candidate for this role will blend an eye for visual details with a strong appreciation for structure, technology, and analytics. They will need to envision compelling and clear ways to tell Puma stories and be able to implement these with the toolset provided. Primary internal contacts will be the DTC merchandising team, performance marketing, operations, and the commercial marketplace team
- Briefing, coordination and testing of PUMA.com content and copy in both English and Vietnamese. Maintain high content scores on marketplaces
- Work cross-functionally with merchandising and marketing to plan and execute global and regional product launches on PUMA.com and marketplaces.
- Take responsibility for merchandising PUMA.com, set up and maintenance of all products, catalogs and additional navigational elements according to the marketing & content calendar
- Brief and support the development of creative assets needed to effectively communicate the PUMA message to consumers both on-site and through marketing channels
- Execute and control the replication of all content changes from staging to production
- Setup and maintain customer groups, promotions, and campaigns as well as content slots
- Analyze sales performance with Google Analytics and other tools to evaluate merchandising efforts, product sell through, and product opportunities to improve conversion
- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services by external content providers and agencies, consultants, and partners
- Drive further conversion through identification, briefing and testing of improvements to the customer experience and content processes
