Your Talent

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree
  • Professional : 8 - 12 years of eCom experience in FMCG industry
  • IT Skills : Experience with aggregator tool (EC monitor), Excel (Advanced), Experience with Adobe photoshop a plus., Experience with Google Analytics a plus.
  • Language Skills : Fluent in English
  • Functional Competencies: Extreme attention to detail / Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignment / Must be flexible and have the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Functional Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; for example demonstrated through reporting and presentations in a business context / Strong negotiation skill​

Your Mission

[SUMMARY]

1. eCommerce marketing including contents, performance advertising, presence management  for eCommerce (puma.com, Marketplace)

2. eCommerce operation management - day to day business, payment, technical management, financial management, data analysis

3. Team management

  • TASK 1 - .com MKT & Contents operation (30%): Creation and management of online mall contents (Banner, category, product information), Campaign launch in line with brand marketing calendar, UI/UX development, Keyword marketing, Performance advertising, Agency management, Support marketplace marketing, eCommerce marketing budget management
  • TASK 2 - eCommerce Operation & Function Development (30%): eCom process management like order fulfilment, packaging, and delivery, Trouble shooting management including communication with global team & agencies, Develop service quality for local consumers, New function development, Operational excellence: logistic, customer services, IT, finance, etc., Support extending outside eCom channel features
  • TASK 3 - Data analysis (20%): eCommerce performance KPI report: Weekly / Monthly / Yearly, Consumer data analysis, Key KPI analysis : Traffic, CR, Sales etc.
  • TASK 4 (20%): eCom MKT & Operation team management
