Your Talent
1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (fashion retail is an advantage);
2. PowerPoint proficiency, Excel proficiency, Photoshop Illustrator proficiency will be a plus;
3. English - Intermediate (part of the interview will be held in English);
4. Knowledge of merchandising rules - understanding of the principles of displaying goods, designing a sales area, advertising campaigns.
5. Experience in preparing presentations and training materials - ability to create presentations and conduct trainings.
6. Organizational skills - ability to plan store openings, promotions, trainings and control processes.
7. Communication and training skills - conducting trainings, consultations, working with store staff.
8. Willingness to travel - regular visits to stores in Kyiv and the regions.
9. Love for sports and active lifestyle.
Your Mission
1. Participation in the opening of a new store:
Preparation of orders for consumables and graphics.
Creating a presentation on product placement in the sales area.
Participation in the preparatory processes before the store opening.
2. Preparation of BEST PRACTICE presentations for stores.
3. Preparation of stores for the launch of advertising campaigns and promotions:
Controlling the ordering of graphics for stores.
Preparation of directives and placement schemes.
Conducting webinars on the launch of campaigns.
Analyzing photo reports from the launch and creating a general report.
4. Conducting trainings and workshops:
Training and development of store employees during scheduled visits.
Preparing and conducting monthly trainings.
Organizing and conducting VM WORKSHOP for employees.
5. Control of photo reports from stores.
6. Visits to stores in Kyiv and regions:
Scheduled checks of compliance with merchandising standards.
On-site consultations and staff training.
Analyzing the effectiveness of implemented solutions and providing feedback.
