Your Mission
The role will support the Boston RCC Sportstyle design team; helping to create apparel concepts and products that meet Puma’s global performance brand and quality standards.
· Create concept and technical sketches
· Market research and design trend analysis
· Assist in preparing for design review presentations.
· Work with design team to create and maintain development tech packs.
· Participate in product fit sessions.
· Manage design database with apparel team.
· Assist with color CADs and updates based on account feedback
· Assist designers with sourcing fabric/trims from our in-house library
· Ensure that all products follow Puma international design, brand, and quality standards.
· Conduct market research for competitor, best practices, consumer, and price studies, and most importantly trend research.
· Attend weekly cross-functional meeting
