Your Talent

  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience

  • Higher education in Finance (högskole- eller universitetsutbildning inom ekonomi). Working experience can make up for less formal education

  • Solid knowledge of Nordic accounting (local gap and IFRS)

  • Ability to think cross functionally and proactively develop solutions in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Highly business orientated and result driven

  • Strong communication skills with reporting and presentation experience.

  • Organized and good at setting clear goals.

  • Solid knowledge in SAP R/3 and MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint) required. Experience from Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Financial Planning Tool (FTP) is an advantage.

  • Good level in at least one of the Nordic languages and fluent in English (corporate language)

  • Experience in retail, wholesale, or FMCG is a plus.

What you will do:

Ensure proper accounting and reporting, both internal and external according to PUMA guidelines, local legislation and bookkeeping acts for the entities in Nordics. In this position you will report to Team head Financial Controlling

  • Perform Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly closing and reporting within pre-set deadlines, internally as well as externally.

  • Perform external reporting such as VAT, tax reporting, annual report etc

  • Provide timely, meaningful, and accurate (ad hoc) analyses that give insights and support decision-making.

  • Perform External and Internal Audit activities.

  • Support Budget, Forecast, Rolling Forecast and Mid Term preparation.

  • Collaborate with all depts to grant data accuracy and to ensure financial targets.

  • Provide timely, meaningful and accurate (ad hoc) analyses that give insights to support decision-making.

  • Recognizing possibilities for financial controlling process improvement and suggest solutions.

  • Mentoring Accounts Receivables or Accounts Payables Team

  • Perform other ad hoc financial tasks as required.
