  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, aligning people priorities with business outcomes

  • Identify commercial opportunities to optimise people costs and improve operational efficiency

  • Handle complex employee relations matters with professionalism, empathy, and compliance

  • Oversee core HR operations from contracts and data accuracy to system updates with a strong attention to detail

  • Localise and implement global P&O initiatives across the business

    Champion a culture of high performance through coaching, feedback, and continuous development

  • Manage workers’ compensation claims and coordinate return-to-work plans in line with legislative requirements.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business partnering role.

  • Background in retail, wholesale, or fast-paced environments preferred

  • Comfortable working with HRIS systems (Workday ideal) and interpreting HR data

  • Strong skills in talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning

  • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic reporting

  • Strong knowledge of and experience managing workers’ compensation and return-to-work cases

  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build trust

  • Solid track record in employee relations and coaching managers through complex issues

  • Brings positive energy, a team-first mindset, 'get it done' attitude and knows how to make work fun while getting things done

  • Must have Australian permanent residency or full working rights

Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or relevant studied.

Professional: 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR operations with exposure to payroll support.

Your Mission

The role is responsible for for providing key support across core HR operations, with a focus on employee engagement activities, payroll coordination, benefit administration and training administration. The incumbent will act as a key partner to deliver a positive employee experience and ensure smooth P&O operations, maintain compliance with local regulations.

Task 1: Employee Experience & Engagement Programs

Lead the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, rewards & recognition programs, and feedback surveys. Partner with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in employee satisfaction and engagement.

Task 2: Compensation & Benefits Administration

Support monthly payroll process by coordinating and preparing inputs such as employee overtime, retail commission, allowance, and deductions. Administer employee benefits programs for all employees including employee purchase, insurance enrolment, and leave management. Provide timely support and communicate to employees on benefits-related matters.

Task 3: HRIS & Employee Records Management

Ensure accurate and timely update of employee data in the HRIS. Maintain and audit digital employee files and ensure all documents comply with audit and legal standards.

Task 4: Learning and Development (L&D) Support

Support corporate training programs by coordinating training schedules, venues, materials, and attendance tracking. Administer HRD Corp claims, including submission, follow-ups, and post-training documentation.

Task 5: Performance Management administration

Support the annual performance management cycle including timeline tracking, system administration, and data collation. Work closely with managers and employees to ensure process compliance and data accuracy.

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 4+ years working experience in HR functions, Workday experience is a plus
  • Familiar with local labor regulations
  • Good team player, detailed-oriented with patience, good communication skills.
  • People-oriented and good internal customer-focused mindset.
  • Absolute integrity and strict confidentiality, sense of responsibility,
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required.
  • Fluent English is a must.

Your Mission

  • Responsible for employee lifecycle management including but not limited to onboarding, contract management, transfer, offboarding, exit etc.
  • According to the recruitment process, conduct the daily recruitment booking, interview and follow-up notification, etc.
  • Maintain all HR relevant system (WD/Cityray) in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain and compile regular HR statistics and reports.
  • Expats support
  • Assist Team leader on various HR initiatives projects and programs.
  • Other assigned works from leader.

Your Talent

  • Workday Reporting Expertise: 2-3 years of experience with Workday Reporting, dashboards, Discovery Boards, Prism, and creating calculated fields. Any experience within Workday is welcomed.

  • Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills; familiarity with Power BI is a plus. Knowledge of data modelling, DAX, and Power Query is desirable.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.

  • Time and Task Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, maintaining quality in a dynamic environment.

Your Mission

  • Develop and Maintain Workday Reports and Dashboards in partnership with the Senior Reporting Manager: Manage the design, maintenance, development, testing, and deployment of standard, custom, composite, and matrix reports and dashboards. Ensure solutions align with program objectives and the data security framework, leveraging calculated fields and Workday's analytics capabilities.

  • Discovery Boards Configuration: Configure and rigorously test Discovery Boards to deliver high-quality, insightful solutions.

  • Workday Prism Data: Utilize Workday Prism to build and maintain data pipelines and reports that offer actionable insights for key stakeholders.

  • Standardization and Support: Assist the Senior Reporting Manager in creating a plan to standardize and organize Workday reports, and support stakeholders requesting custom reporting.

  • Compliance and Documentation: Document requirements, development processes, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment, maintaining a SOX-compliant environment.

  • Collaboration with People Technology and stakeholders: Partner with colleagues in People Technology and additional stakeholders to create innovative, efficient data solutions for leaders, employees, and HR professionals.
