Your Talent

  • Strong training and content development skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including English at a business level
  • Minimum two years of digital training and people development experience in a focused, customer centric environment
  • IT Skills: MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator), Chameleon 3.0, Easygenerator, Workday
  • Agile project management skills
  • Background of working in an international and multi-cultural environment
  • Additional language fluency and experience in Retail is a plus
  • Proven interpersonal skills

Your Mission

  • Operationally launch and coordinate any future digital learning tools in line with Corporate and Retail strategy
  • Establish Learner Engagement Strategy and execute tactical approach for Corporate & Retail (digital) learning activities
  • Management and administration of LMS and mandatory e-Learning Campaigns (Code of Ethics, OHS, etc)
  • Monitor and support onboarding process for digital learning knowledge and procedures with countries’ retail training and P&O learning partner
  • Establish and report ROI indicators that will support efforts or identify opportunities related to digital training activities
  • Support innovation and continuously explore digital learning opportunities
  • Administration of and communication with external digital learning accounts and partners
  • Further develop and support implementation of digital learning strategy aligned with Director People Development & Organizational Learning Strategy and Global Retail.

Your Talent

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Talent Management/Performance Management in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written.
  • Experience in international stakeholder management in a matrix organization.
  • Energetic, positive, hands-on mentality and can-do attitude. Flexibility and adaptability with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Experience with ATS, particularly Workday, would be a plus.

Your Mission

  • Support Global People Connection & Attraction projects across all PUMA regions in the following Talent Management Areas: Talent & Performance, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Succession Planning and Retention, to drive the global talent management transformation journey.
  • Work closely with the team manager to engage with PUMA regions globally, understand their needs, and collaboratively develop strategies to support Talent Management initiatives. Share best practices across regions and foster a knowledge-sharing environment to create a comprehensive Talent Management overview. Introduce new and innovative ideas to the Global People Connection & Attraction team and propose improvements for processes within the global PC&A community.
  • Create materials for the Library of Knowledge for Global People Connection & Attraction and create content on all Global Talent Management topics. Develop, launch, and execute campaigns and communication strategies to promote Talent Management, and set up Q&A meetings and project kick-offs as needed. Participate, create content and present in the Global PC&A calls with the regions.
  • Is responsible for global performance management including processes, concepts and implementation.
  • Support in the organization of the Talent Conferences and Talent Round Tables as well as further develop concepts for effective talent sharing globally.
  • Provide support in organizing and executing the high potential programs when needed.
  • Work together with Global People Tech, Global Employer Branding and Global Learning & Development teams to ensure Talent Management is integrated into the employee experience.

  • Manage the talent acquisition process of the assigned area of responsibility in collaboration with hiring manager as well as People & Organization (P&O) Partner
  • Identify key sourcing channels, develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, leveraging relevant social media and employee referrals
  • Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers
  • Support interviews for hard-to-fill positions and positions of strategic importance for the PUMA Headquarter

  • Workday Reporting Expertise: 2-3 years of experience with Workday Reporting, dashboards, Discovery Boards, Prism, and creating calculated fields. Any experience within Workday is welcomed.

  • Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills; familiarity with Power BI is a plus. Knowledge of data modelling, DAX, and Power Query is desirable.

Your Mission

  • Develop and Maintain Workday Reports and Dashboards in partnership with the Senior Reporting Manager: Manage the design, maintenance, development, testing, and deployment of standard, custom, composite, and matrix reports and dashboards. Ensure solutions align with program objectives and the data security framework, leveraging calculated fields and Workday's analytics capabilities.

  • Discovery Boards Configuration: Configure and rigorously test Discovery Boards to deliver high-quality, insightful solutions.

  • Workday Prism Data: Utilize Workday Prism to build and maintain data pipelines and reports that offer actionable insights for key stakeholders.

  • Standardization and Support: Assist the Senior Reporting Manager in creating a plan to standardize and organize Workday reports, and support stakeholders requesting custom reporting.

  • Compliance and Documentation: Document requirements, development processes, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment, maintaining a SOX-compliant environment.

  • Collaboration with People Technology and stakeholders: Partner with colleagues in People Technology and additional stakeholders to create innovative, efficient data solutions for leaders, employees, and HR professionals.
