Your Talent
- Strong training and content development skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including English at a business level
- Minimum two years of digital training and people development experience in a focused, customer centric environment
- IT Skills: MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator), Chameleon 3.0, Easygenerator, Workday
- Agile project management skills
- Background of working in an international and multi-cultural environment
- Additional language fluency and experience in Retail is a plus
- Proven interpersonal skills
Your Mission
- Operationally launch and coordinate any future digital learning tools in line with Corporate and Retail strategy
- Establish Learner Engagement Strategy and execute tactical approach for Corporate & Retail (digital) learning activities
- Management and administration of LMS and mandatory e-Learning Campaigns (Code of Ethics, OHS, etc)
- Monitor and support onboarding process for digital learning knowledge and procedures with countries’ retail training and P&O learning partner
- Establish and report ROI indicators that will support efforts or identify opportunities related to digital training activities
- Support innovation and continuously explore digital learning opportunities
- Administration of and communication with external digital learning accounts and partners
- Further develop and support implementation of digital learning strategy aligned with Director People Development & Organizational Learning Strategy and Global Retail.
