Tu as une formation Bac+2/3 en gestion de la paie ou formation équivalente. Tu as une expérience de 3 ans dont minimum 1 en cabinet d’expertise comptable.

Tu maîtrises les outils Office en particulier Excel qui est un essentiel, la connaissance de SILAE (notre logiciel de paie) et de Workday (notre SIRH) est un plus !

Tu es précis·e, curieux·se, avec un vrai sens du service et tu aimes que les choses soient carrées.

Chez PUMA, la team People & Organization cherche un·e Gestionnaire Paie et Administration du Personnel pour travailler en étroite collaboration avec le binôme Élisabeth & Marwa sur les sujets de la paie et du retail.


Ta base ? Le siège France, en plein cœur du quartier d’affaires du Wacken à Strasbourg. Ici, on mise sur la force du collectif, la bonne humeur et l’entraide au quotidien.

En lien étroit avec l’équipe, tu apporteras un soutien technique clé sur la paie et l’administration du personnel.
 

Paie :
 

  • Gérer un portefeuille de paie d’environ 350 salariés sur 19 établissements, de la préparation à l’établissement des bulletins, en intégrant tous les éléments variables : heures supplémentaires, absences, congés, primes, indemnités, etc.
  • Calculer et gérer les soldes de tout compte, ainsi que le suivi des arrêts maladie, maternité et paternité, avec l’envoi des attestations et le suivi des indemnités.
  • Vérifier, envoyer et suivre les déclarations sociales (DSN, cotisations, charges sociales) en lien avec les organismes compétents.
  • Assurer la bonne complétude des données dans le SIRH par les managers pour garantir une paie fiable.
  • Participer activement aux contrôles de paie et apporter un support technique sur toutes les questions liées à la paie.
  • Être en veille constante sur les évolutions sociales et fiscales afin d’anticiper les impacts sur la paie.
  • Apporter rigueur, fiabilité et proactivité dans la gestion et l’analyse des données paie.
     

Administration du personnel :
 

  • Gérer les embauches : rédaction des contrats, avenants, déclarations préalables à l’embauche (DPAE), création des dossiers dans le SIRH, affiliations aux organismes (mutuelle, etc.) et gestion des attestations diverses.
  • Suivre la gestion administrative du personnel : gestion des absences, des stagiaires, intérimaires et autres situations spécifiques.
  • Assurer la bonne tenue des dossiers du personnel et garantir la conformité des procédures administratives.

Your Mission

Executive, People & Organization (P&O) oversees the delivery of daily HR and administrative support across multiple functions, including Recruitment & Onboarding, Employee Benefits, Employee Engagement & Employer Branding, Training &Development, Compliance, Travel Coordination, and General Administration. 

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Coordinate the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offer preparation, and onboarding. Prepare and manage new hire documentation and access cards and maintain accurate onboarding and employee records.

Employee Benefits 

  • Prepare and track employee benefits. Coordinate with employees and vendors to ensure accurate and timely support. 

Employee Engagement & Employer Branding 

  • Organize engagement activities, CSR initiatives, and events. Create posters and materials and share internal and external communications to support engagement and strengthen employer branding.

Training, Development & Compliance 

  • Organize training programs, including participant enrollment and vendor coordination. Maintain comprehensive training records and ensure timely submission of reports to the Department of Skill Development. Additionally, ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies. 

Travel & Expatriate Support 

  • Coordinate travel bookings, insurance, accommodation, and invitation letters. Assist expatriates with visa processing and related administrative arrangements.

General Administration 

  • Supervise office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and support general tasks as assigned.

Your Mission

Senior Executive, People & Organization - Retail will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources activities for the retail business unit in Malaysia. This role reports directly to the Teamhead, People Connection & Attraction SEA, and works closely with the Head of Retail, Area Managers, Store Managers, and the broader retail team across all stores in Malaysia.

Task 1: Recruitment

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for retail positions to ensure stores are fully staffed with qualified talent. Regular visits to PUMA Malaysia stores to proactively identify potential candidates through on-ground networking within retail environments.

Task 2: People & Organization Operations

Manage the full spectrum of HR operations for the retail business unit, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle — including onboarding, transfers, performance management, offboarding, exit interviews and etc. Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in the Workday system in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

Task 3: Employee Engagement

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture, including employee surveys, social recognition programs, and other experience-focused activities. Analyze feedback and develop targeted action plans in response to employee voice insights.

Task 4: Industrial Relations

Manage industrial relations matters and provide advice and support to the Head of Retail, Area Managers, Store Managers, and team members in addressing and resolving employee relations issues.

Task 5: Reporting

Support the monthly HR reports, including compensation and benefits overview for retail business unit, manpower planning updates, and attrition analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Your Mission

The role is responsible for for providing key support across core HR operations, with a focus on employee engagement activities, payroll coordination, benefit administration and training administration. The incumbent will act as a key partner to deliver a positive employee experience and ensure smooth P&O operations, maintain compliance with local regulations.

Task 1: Employee Experience & Engagement Programs

Lead the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, rewards & recognition programs, and feedback surveys. Partner with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in employee satisfaction and engagement.

Task 2: Compensation & Benefits Administration

Support monthly payroll process by coordinating and preparing inputs such as employee overtime, retail commission, allowance, and deductions. Administer employee benefits programs for all employees including employee purchase, insurance enrolment, and leave management. Provide timely support and communicate to employees on benefits-related matters.

Task 3: HRIS & Employee Records Management

Ensure accurate and timely update of employee data in the HRIS. Maintain and audit digital employee files and ensure all documents comply with audit and legal standards.

Task 4: Learning and Development (L&D) Support

Support corporate training programs by coordinating training schedules, venues, materials, and attendance tracking. Administer HRD Corp claims, including submission, follow-ups, and post-training documentation.

Task 5: Performance Management administration

Support the annual performance management cycle including timeline tracking, system administration, and data collation. Work closely with managers and employees to ensure process compliance and data accuracy.

  • Standardization and Support: Assist the Senior Reporting Manager in creating a plan to standardize and organize Workday reports, and support stakeholders requesting custom reporting.

  • Compliance and Documentation: Document requirements, development processes, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment, maintaining a SOX-compliant environment.
