Your Mission

FUNCIONES:

▪ Responsable de asegurar que la tienda consistentemente alcance o exceda ventas, KPIs y metas de rentabilidad a través de planeación a corto o largo plazo, control de gastos, ventas y servicio.

▪Garantizar consistentemente altos estándares de experiencia al consumidor, dentro de una tienda en sincronía con los Valores de Marca y estándares de servicio.

▪ Responsable del cobro correcto de transacciones en caja, con el uso apropiado del sistema POS, llenado adecuado de formatos, y el correcto uso de descuentos cuando aplique.

▪ Responsable de ejecutar y procesar entradas y salidas de mercancía ▪ Escanear las mercancías y asegurarse de que el precio sea el correcto.

▪ Emitir recibos, reembolsos, cambios o tiques.

▪ Aplicar descuentos.

▪ Vender productos complementarios o adicionales e introducir otros nuevos.

REQUISITOS:

▪ De uno a dos años de experiencia en gestión, en un ambiente orientado a servicio retail (preferentemente apparel/footwear) con resultados comprobables

▪ Probada habilidad para exceder ventas mientras se alcanzan metas de nómina, demostrada habilidad para identificar, contratar, entrenar, desarrollar y retener talento, habilidad para razonar problemas complejos, demostrada comunicación efectiva, habilidad para presentar ante grupos grandes

▪ Manejo de efectivo, arqueos, cortes, depósitos.

  • Conocimientos Textiles y conocimiento en confección en prendas deportivas. (Ing. Textil Titulado)
  • Experiencia y conocimiento sobre parámetros y especificaciones de normativas de calidad.
  • Experiencia y conocimiento en inspección en prendas textiles, (auditorias finales y en línea), pruebas, medidas al producto para verificar si cumplen con las especificaciones requeridas por PUMA.
  • Tener habilidad para apreciar diferencias en tonalidades
  • Toma de decisiones.
  • Mostrar interés por la calidad de la marca, apoyar con la implementación de puntos de mejora y retroalimentación de personal de calidad a cada una de las fábricas.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
  • Idioma inglés nivel intermedio; Ingles técnico textil

Your Mission

  • Supervisar y lograr que las fábricas cumplan con los estándares de calidad requeridos por PUMA en cada uno de sus procesos para el producto en línea y producto terminado.
  • Trabajar con la fábrica en la solución de problemas en la línea de producción, implementando soluciones y haciendo eficiente la línea para que la producción sea más ágil y salga con la calidad requerida.
  • Elaborar informe de actividades al jefe directo, registrar las visitas a fabrica y apoyar con la elaboración de nuevos formatos y seguimiento de auditorías.

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in commercial, planning, or product areas.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market, trends, and competition.
  • Sales analysis and forecasting skills.

Your Mission

You will be responsible for developing and following up on the Go to Market process for Apparel & Accessories collections, ensuring the achievement of seasonal buying, sales, and margin plans aligned with PUMA’s global, regional, and local strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define seasonal product collections, including pricing, margins, launch dates, and segmentation by channel.
  • Analyze market data (sell-out, competition, trends) to build a commercial collection and identify new business opportunities.
  • Evaluate internal KPIs by channel and customer to make strategic decisions by business unit.
  • Forecast seasonal strategies to guide Wholesale and Retail channels on buying decisions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to implement initiatives from the local calendar (LSEC).
  • Review commercial buying proposals to ensure alignment with seasonal plans.
  • Develop locally relevant Apparel products based on business opportunities, margin analysis, and lead times.

FUNCIONES:

objetivos de rentabilidad a través del uso eficaz de la planificación a corto y largo plazo, el control de gastos, las ventas y el servicio. 
 Garantizar constantemente altos estándares de experiencia al cliente dentro de la Tienda de acuerdo con los Valores de Marca y los

 Deberá invertir un 90% de su tiempo de trabajo en el piso de ventas comprometiéndose con los clientes, las ventas y el coaching a 
sus empleados.
 Asistir al gerente de la tienda con el reclutamiento, el entrenamiento, el desarrollo y el plan de sucesión de empleados de alto 
rendimiento. 
 Responsable de la nómina del personal y el control de la programación condicionada por el servicio, a fin de mantener una ubicación 
altamente rentable, al tiempo que proporciona los más altos niveles de servicio a los clientes. 
 Administrar y monitorear programas de educación y concientización sobre la prevención de pérdidas. 
 Gestionar y alcanzar o exceder todos los inventarios y reducir metas 
 Gestionar y comunicar las oportunidades de producto al Store Manager

• Responsable de garantizar que el rendimiento individual alcance o supere sistemáticamente las ventas, los indicadores clave

FUNCIONES:

- Ofrecer constantemente un servicio al cliente excelente dentro de la tienda de acuerdo con los valores de marca de PUMA y los estándares de servicio.

- Garantizar que el desempeño individual logre o exceda los objetivos de ventas, de KPI y de rentabilidad a través del servicio efectivo a los clientes.

- Garantizar una correcta ejecución de las transacciones de venta en la caja.

- Garantizar la ejecución y el mantenimiento del guía del Visual Merchandising de acuerdo con los estándares marcados por PUMA.
