Your Talent
- Previous experience working in Finance related roles.
- IT literate (particularly Excel), numerate and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Able to prioritize your workload, have a keen eye for detail and work using your own initiative.
Your Mission
- Completion of intercompany recharges in line with group reporting calendar and reconciliation of relevant recharge accounts, and review of IC P&L codes
- Obtaining intercompany balance confirmations and investigating any differences dealing with other partners across the group.
- Reconciliation of ad hoc balance sheet accounts, and journal posting
- Support on Bank reconciliations, ad hoc Payment processing, as well as cash flow forecasting
- Uploading non stock invoices onto internal approval system, chasing up approval with budget holders across the business
- Matching/Processing and coding stock, non stock and sample invoices
- Dealing with ad hoc queries from internal and external parties.
- Completion of month end supplier statement reconciliations, and follow up with suppliers on mis-matches/missing invoices/payment allocation issues
- Processing of expense claims, ensuring they meet company expense policy and completed correctly for VAT purposes
