You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting, and take ownership of core financial accounting processes while contributing to improvements that keep us lean, fast, and future-focused.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and processing accounting journals, including monthly accruals and provisions

  • Managing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining the fixed asset register

  • Overseeing intercompany reporting, treasury functions, and cash forecasting

The Playbook:

Drive Sales & Build Relationships – Lead the charge in growing market share and revenue within your assigned Field Accounts. You’ll be the quarterback, crafting a winning sales cycle, creating accurate forecasts, and building long-lasting, game-changing relationships with key accounts like City Beach. Your strategic vision will put PUMA in the best position to win.

Own the GTM Process – Support seasonal selling activities, from developing smart sales patterns to prioritizing key customers. You’ll collaborate with the field sales team, helping plan future ranges and identify new opportunities to elevate the PUMA brand in your territory.

Execute Strategic Initiatives – Conduct regular store visits and quarterly reviews at head office level to make sure PUMA’s presence and performance continue to soar. You'll track key retail metrics that drive growth, and identify new business opportunities to keep the PUMA momentum going strong.

Hit Sell-In Targets – Your targets are clear: hit those seasonal sell-in goals and ensure the orders are placed and converted on time. You'll agree with accounts on KPIs and track progress to make sure the scoreboard’s always in our favor.

Analyze & Report Performance – You’ll keep an eagle eye on sales, margins, market share, and competitor performance. With a sharp focus on ROI, you’ll help adjust strategies to ensure every play we make is driving success.
