Your Talent
- Bachelor's degree in, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in operations (particularly demand planning, supply planning and inventory management), preferably within the sports or fashion industry
- Initial understanding of product seeding strategies and promotional activities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., S/4 HANA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and cost reduction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Your Mission
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing operations model, focusing on product seeding in the beginning, in the future also other promotional activities
- Establish processes and responsibilities of product seeding in the marketing activation, between Global Marketing, Business Units, and internal fulfillment partner
- Collaborate with the internal fulfillment partner that provides the warehousing solution for inbound, storage, and outbound of seeding products, initially based out of Europe
- Establish an organizational setup to support the operating model, including dedicated resources for seeding and promotion demand and supply planning
- Optimize inventory management and shipment methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Enhance customer experience by enabling marketers to focus on their core strengths and providing better service to athletes, ambassadors, and influencers.
