Your Talent
- Develop business plans together with the local distributors and local wholesalers to achieve strong sales growth in Teamsport.
- Ensure close collaboration and market proximity by frequent market visit (aspiration: important market at least 1x p.a., secondary markets at least 1x every two years).
- Focus on realizing commercial opportunities which arise from these international sports marketing assets
- Be the go-to-person for CAF in the defined territory (“see attachment”) for sales deals only (e.g. support programs)
Your Mission
- Closely collaborate with local distributors and wholesalers to identify and realize sales deals opportunities with local professional clubs, federations, etc.
- In general, all clubs are to be served from the inline range or with the support of the quick asset program provided by the KitCreator.
- Due to its contribution to the brand awareness, a lower margin can be considered for Sales Deals to fuel the business. A business plan is to be provided for each country.
- Closely collaborate with local distributors and wholesalers to identify and realize teamwear opportunities with local amateur clubs.
- Ensure that all clubs are to be served from the Teamwear NOS range.
