Your Talent

Education: Bachelor’s Degree from Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Designer, or any related field

Professional: 3+ years’ experience in project management / construction and willing to travel across country


IT Skill: Mastering AutoCAD and or Sketchup


Language Skill: English (Business Level); Local Language (Business Level)

Your Mission

The Senior Executive Project role is key in driving seamless store openings and renovations. You'll manage project flow, coordinate teams, and ensure smooth project execution from start to finish, all while optimizing timelines and building strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.


Task 1: Project Planning and Monitoring
•    Assist Project Manager in preparing the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for new store openings or renovations.
•    Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks across cross-functional teams.
•    Monitor and manage the project within the deliverable timeline.
•    Conduct site surveys and assessments to ensure proper execution of the project.
•    Liaise with vendors and landlords to ensure smooth project flow.
•    Support the Project Manager in client communications, providing updates, and suggesting potential adjustments.
•    Ensure proper documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.


Task 2: Store Maintenance
•    Manage store maintenance work, follow up on requests from stores/operations, and ensure completion.
•    Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and proper communication with relevant stakeholders.
