Your Talent
- Undergraduate
- At least 5 years of experience in data engineering/ management
- Experience in similar role in sporting goods/fashion/supply chain a plus
- Must have data engineering and management experience. Expertise in Python, cloud platforms (Azure/ AWS/ GCP) and Containerization (K8s) and CI/CD workflow
- Experience in maintaining and optimizing chatbots, NLP model retraining a plus
- Fluent in English
Your Mission
- Lead the design and development of automation and AI functionalities through cross-functional collaboration with product, data and business teams to optimize business processes
- Oversee the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of chatbot systems, including updating knowledge bases and chatbot data handling, refining natural language processing (NLP) models / Large Language Model (LLM), and monitoring chatbot performance metrics such as response times and error rates.
- Ensure smooth integration of chatbots with other systems and APIs, promptly addressing any compatibility or performance issues.
- Implement robust monitoring, error detection and long term solution to minimize downtime and smooth running of applications/systems.
- Lead and manage pipeline maintenance by analyzing and improving efficiency, scalability, and stability of tools within the landscape
