Your Talent
Bachelor's Degree in Cmmunications, Advertising, Marketing or related field.
5+ years project management or account management experience within an in-house creative brand or agency.
Strong ability to maintain focus under pressure - keeps a positive, yet confident demeanor.
Drives and expects high standards for work output and behavior of self and others; accountable, assertive and dependable.
Demonstrates exceptional verbal and presentation skills – can quickly deliver key projects highlights effectively across multiple levels of stakeholders.
Strong management skills and the ability to drive multiple complex projects forward simultaneously. Can escalate project issues effectively and generate solutions proactively.
Experience managing internal creative workflows of multidisciplinary campaigns (experience in design and/or production is a plus).
Strong ability to work autonomously and within a matrix organization.
Comfortable working with high-level executives, external partners, and talent.
Your Mission
Primary day-to-day contact with PUMA Internal Creative Agency (ICA), external agency partners, Brand Team, and key project stakeholders.
Responsible for the day-to-day management and ownership of global campaign creative plans and timelines.
Drives the creative process with leadership oversight by supporting all critical milestones from initial project conception through final delivery of assets.
Supports and manages creative project workflows including proper briefing processes, project prioritization, and resource allocation.
Manages internal and external creative reviews and approvals with leadership oversight.
Proactively identifies and develops solutions for specific project issues or potential roadblocks as they arise.
Is a steward of our brand, ensuring all work done is superior in quality and consistent with PUMA’s brand vision.
Supports in internal status calls, creative presentations, etc. Prepares all agenda/materials for the discussions and send call notes/recaps/next steps.
Facilitates consistent and clear communication of creative decisions as projects progress and ensures key stakeholder satisfaction across all stages of the projects. Ensures full project status transparency throughout project stages and effectively communicate project status and next steps daily.
Provides recommendations with leadership oversight for course correction of planned project flow as needed, based on changes to business needs.
Compiles regular presentations and status updates in conjunction with Creative Services leadership.
Creates and releases campaign recap decks sharing regional execution, best practices, data/metric analysis, and areas for improvement for future work.
