Position Summary
In this role, you’ll manage and promote a sales culture that’s all about exceeding expectations—whether it’s in sales, KPIs, or profitability. You’ll lead by example, spending the majority of your time on the sales floor, engaging with customers, and coaching your team. Your efforts will ensure that PUMA remains the brand that athletes and sports enthusiasts turn to for innovation, style, and performance.
As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you will:
- Implement short and long-term planning, expense control, and sales and service strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Uphold high standards of customer experience, aligning with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
- Spend 90% of your working time on the sales floor, engaging with consumers, selling, and coaching employees.
- Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in the recruitment, training, development, and succession of high-performing, results-driven Associates.
- Manage and monitor Loss Prevention education and awareness programs, ensuring operational compliance.
- Participate in new store openings and/or store closings; travel may be required.
- Ensure the store’s visual presentation always meets or exceeds PUMA standards and maintain the store’s physical condition.
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment for all Store Associates and Customers.
- Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; and overtime as required.
