Your Talent
- 2 years of work experience in a managerial role, preferably in Retail.
- You have a real entrepreneurial spirit and know how to respond to different (sales) situations.
- You don't mind working weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Your communication skills are strong.
- You have general knowledge of Microsoft Office. For example, you know how to create a schedule with formulas in Excel.
Your Mission
What will you do?
- You are responsible for the shop floor and ensure that the store manager is fully supported. You report to store management.
- You are responsible for achieving the store's sales targets and KPIs.
- You are on the shop floor 90% of the time and ensure that you exceed the expectations of our customers. You encourage your colleagues to do this too.
- You assist the Store Manager with the recruitment process. You conduct job interviews for new employees and evaluation interviews with the Sales Associates and Supervisors.
- You help the Store Manager with training and development of your entire team.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the visual appearance in the store complies with our PUMA standards.
- You are the point of contact for our Supervisors.
- You analyze figures and results achieved together with your colleagues.
- In this position you report to Store management.
