Your Talent

  • Experience: 3–4 years in merchandising, commercial planning, or category management roles, preferably in retail, fashion, or sporting goods sectors.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Assortment and seasonal planning

    • Advanced Excel

Your Mission

Lead and monitor the Go-to-Market process for assigned categories, ensuring effective seasonal assortment planning, achievement of sales and margin targets, and alignment with global, regional, and local strategies.

  • Define the seasonal product assortment in coordination with regional and local teams, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, pricing, margin goals, in-store dates (ISD), and channel segmentation.

  • Analyze market data (sell-out performance, market share, competitor benchmarking) to ensure a relevant and commercial collection while identifying new business opportunities.

  • Forecast merchandising plans for each assigned product line, providing timely and accurate insights to Global teams to support final collection decisions.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to implement initiatives outlined in the LSEC calendar, in line with business needs.

  • Review and evaluate purchase proposals from commercial teams to ensure alignment with sales and margin targets for each season.
